To ensure exchange security, all incoming transfers are checked for compliance with AML requirements.
If the system detects an increased risk related to the source of funds, the assets are returned to the client in full and without delays. In certain cases, the request may be put on hold until clarification is provided.

Payment is made manually by the operator from 10 to 180 minutes after receiving payment. 
Funds are credited to the card within half an hour, in rare cases - in accordance with banking regulations.

If you have provided details for sending WISE to the USA, your order will be suspended until we receive all the necessary payment details and will be recalculated according to the current rate for this direction.
